Brick repairs, restorations and extensions when completed, should appear as though they were an integral part of the original building design.

Repair works to a Listed Building or a building in a Conservation Area should be treated with particular sensitivity so as to preserve and enhance the appearance of the building and its setting.

Sourcing new materials to harmonise with an old property can be problematic. One of the biggest problems is matching the colour.
