Returns Policy
If you have any problem with any of our products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
We will be happy to offer a refund for defective products, or products returned unopened in their original packaging (within the cooling off period as described below).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Dyegroup offer a 7 day cooling off period. At any point within 7 days after receiving your purchase, you may return the product, unopened, for a full refund.
