Westminster Hall, Restoration WorkDyebrick has been used on internal Ashlar Stone at Westminster Hall, London which is the oldest building on the Parliamentary estate (11th Century). It was carefully used to touch-in or disguise inappropriate materials that had been applied to the fabric of the building, particularly dark grey portland cement smears, which are too difficult to remove without damaging the original stone.
