We would like to update you on the latest information regarding our levels of stock and ability to supply.
Although we are running on a reduced workforce, we have a good inventory level and all products listed in our shop are available.
Orders are being picked up daily by Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. We are working closely with them to ensure that there is compliance with government advice and no service interruption.
If, or when there are any changes we will publish updates on this blog page. If there are any changes after an order has been placed, we will contact you directly.
The new rule at most courier services is: The driver only gets 1 delivery attempt. If someone is not present, the order will be returned to the courier depot. It is very busy there, so the packages may return directly to our warehouse. We have no control over this.
When ordering, please consider the following:
– Delivery to a home or business address. If business address, please ensure the business has not been subjected to government closure etc.
– Is someone present all day?
– Be aware of appropriate distance / safety precautions for the driver!
Call the local DHL/UPS yourself for more information. Every day we ensure that the goods are shipped on time from our warehouse and we send you a track and trace number to track the package. From that moment on it is your own responsibility to be able to accept the order and to keep an eye on the delivery date.
